Felicity Pearson

Ms Pearson was appointed Deputy Principal at Haileybury Rendall School in January 2021.
Prior to this role, she was the Acting Director of the Yiramalay/Wesley Studio School in the Kimberley, WA – a school of Wesley College, Melbourne. Prior to this, she held a variety of leadership positions across the Wesley College campuses over a 20-year period.
As a highly experienced educator in co-educational settings and Boarding, Ms Pearson is motivated by invigorating school cultures that can effect change for the common good, and passionate about empowering young people to flourish and fulfil their full potential. She strives to model cultural competency in education and is a keen supporter of the Arts and other co-curricular endeavours in the development of the whole person.
