Stars at Haileybury Rendall School has welcomed new staff - Amanda, Serena & Janet. Amanda has arrived at HRS with 8 years of experience working with Stars Foundation; Serena is an alumnus of the 2017 Casuarina Senior College Stars program; Janet is a former AFLW player from Gold Coast Suns and Hawthorn Hawks.
The Stars room has been revamped with an exciting new look, with Stars classes and activities beginning in Week 3. The girls have been participating in art, making slime, creating friendship bracelets (inspired by Taylor Swift’s Australian Tour) and practicing basketball for Friday morning activities to ensure they are ready for the Stars Basketball Carnival in Week 9.
Year 12 Stars students have also participated in the Year 12 Stars Induction Day along with the other Year 12 Stars from other senior schools around the Darwin and Katherine areas.
Lots more adventures to come for Stars as the year goes on!
