Term 3 begins
It was so great to welcome back the boarders to HRS from communities and all over Australia after the 3 week holidays.
The atmosphere has been so positive, helped by the arrival of four new boarders. Morgan, who joined us from Japan (but he is really from Elliot). Alex from China (but he has been a day student earlier in the year) and Freddie and Tom from London, UK. Freddie and Tom are students from Haileybury Turnford School and have joined us for three weeks on exchange. They have made a very positive impact and are making the most of their time at HRS and Boarding.
Some of the highlights in Boarding so far this term have been the weekend activities such as Sunset Casuarina Beach, the NATSIAA exhibition at the Darwin Museum, and Berry Springs (as seen by the photographs below) as well as Clontarf-Friday football. We are looking forward to the Darwin Show this weekend.
Term 3 has begun positively!
