Haileybury Rendall School is a company limited by guarantee, with one sole member which is Haileybury. The Directors are appointed to the Board on a voluntary basis by Haileybury and appoint the Principal who is responsible for the management of the School. Haileybury Rendall School is a not-for-profit organisation. Its accounts are independently audited.
